My transformative journey started many moons ago. A casual interaction led to my dabbling in meditation. The more I meditated the more I struggled with what unraveled.

Through the positive and transformative power of mental health coaching and therapy, I came face to face with who I was. I haven't looked back since.

My aim is to help individuals who wish to set off on their transformative journeys. I have a background in Psychology and continue to upgrade my knowledge in Transactional Analysis (a psycho-dynamic approach) and Compassionate Communication.
